I can't enter the Virtual Study Room I reserved

I reserved a Virtual Study Room, but when I click the link to open the Zoom meeting, it tells me to wait for the host to let me in.  I am the host.  What should I do?

Answer

You must be logged into Zoom with your @lclark.edu email address in order to access Virtual Study Room appointments.  If you're seeing the "please wait for the host to start this meeting" message, sign out of Zoom, and sign back in using your @lclark.edu email address.  You may need to use the "sign in with Google" option.
