If you're seeing a "nonsubscribers" error message when trying to access BarBooks, it could mean that the email address you used to register doesn't match the one provided by Boley Law Library to the Oregon State Bar.  Try changing your OSB account email address to your "preferred" L&C email address - that is, the email that matches your name (ex. acuthbert@lclark.edu), rather than your alpha-numerical identifier (ex. lc21-1908@lclark.edu).
 

To change your OSB account email address:

1. Log in to https://hello.osbar.org with the email address you used to register
2. Select Edit Your Profile
3. Change your email address from your L&C alpha-numeric identifier, to your name alias email
4. Click Save changes
5. Select BarBooks from the toolbar at the top of the screen
