Question

How do I reserve a class textbook

I am teaching a class next semester and would like to make sure the textbook is on reserve in the library.  What is the process?

Answer

The law library purchases and places on reserve all required readings for current semester courses.  We base our purchases on the semester book lists released by the law bookstore.  Items on reserve are shelved behind the circulation desk and may be borrowed by students for up to 3 hours, and by law school faculty and staff for up to 24 hours.

If you would like to place additional materials on reserve, contact the law library acquisitions and circulation specialist, Sarah Hunsberger <sarahhunsberger@lclark.edu> or ask at the circulation desk.
