How to export OneDrive files
Due to security concerns, Lewis & Clark College will be turning off access to Microsoft Office 365, which includes OneDrive. While we regret the inconvenience this may cause, data security is a top priority. Please download any files or data currently saved on OneDrive that you would like to keep by May 5th, 2025. After this date, all OneDrive data associated with Lewis & Clark accounts will be deleted, and access will no longer be available. Please note - this does not apply to desktop applications such as Word or Excel and only impacts the MS 365 Office online environment (which includes OneDrive).
To access and save your data:

Go to onedrive.com and log in with your @lclark.edu account.

Select “Work or school account” if prompted.

Download any files you wish to retain.
