To reset your password on your own, please go to go.lclark.edu/pwreset and do the following:

• Enter your last name (surname) with correction capitalization in the first section
• Complete two of the three fields in the second section
• Click Submit

If you are eligible to reset your password a PIN will be sent to the personal email address we have on file. You will have 5 minutes to enter the pin on the next page. 

The PIN Validation page will show the personal email account to which the PIN was sent. Enter the PIN and create your new password. 

If that does not work or you are ineligible you will need to contact us to schedule a remote zoom session.

The new password will need to be at least 15 characters or digits long. It should have upper and lower case characters and at least two numbers. Some special characters are allowed.  Do not use a portion of the username or your first or last name.

The account can be accessed from the normal Google Gmail login using the full address including the @lclark.edu

For other systems, the base username is used <lc24-XXXX>
