L&C Account Creation 

Incoming students who have paid their deposit and newly hired employees of the college can create L&C accounts prior to arrival on campus. 

To begin the process, go to: 

http://go.lclark.edu/create/account 

Enter your last name (surname) and two of the following: 

● Lewis & Clark ID number (LC ID) 

● Social Security Number (SSN) 

● Date of Birth (in form mm/dd/yyyy) 

Click SUBMIT 

If the error “Not Eligible.” appears at the top of the page you may need to contact the admissions office (for incoming students) or HR (for employees) to verify your status. 

If the error “Some of the information you entered is incorrect.” appears, please check to make sure you have not mistyped one of the entries. If everything seems to be accurate, please contact admissions or HR to verify your information.

If your record is found in our systems and indicates you are eligible to create an account, the next page will look like this: 

Your L&C username shows at the top of the page. You will use this to log into most college systems and services, including WebAdvisor, Moodle and wifi access points. 

IMPORTANT: When logging into Google (gSuite for Education), you will use your username followed by @lclark.edu (i.e. username@lclark.edu). 

On this page, you will select one of several available options for an email ALIAS. This is a secondary email address on your google account. You won’t be able to log in with this address, but it will become your default “From:” address when composing new messages. 

You will also select a password (which you will need to enter twice for verification). This password will be used for all the systems listed above, including Google. 

Once you have selected an email alias and password, click SUBMIT.
