You can get your voicemail pin reset by emailing us at the Law IT Help Desk. Please state in the subject line that you want to reset your voicemail pin and then provide your extension. We will change your pin for you to a randomly generated pin of 8 numbers and then send it back to you. For more assistance with your Cisco phone, please consult the Cisco manual.
